Why is all this commercial activity not delivering more growth?
Because growth strategy rarely fails on commitment, but often on focus. Without clear priorities and leadership.

Why part-time leadership works
As a part-time CMO, I combine strategic overview with hands-on execution power.
I am independent and results-oriented: that gives room for sharp choices and pace.
- Experience in multinationals, scale-ups and start-ups
- Proven in developing and implementing growth strategies
- Comfortable in complex stakeholder environments
- Fully focused on impact, not position retention
Are you sure you have a Strategy?
While studying Strategic Management at the Rotterdam School of Management (2012), I came across this article, which I have successfully applied many times over the past 10+ years.
It explains that a strategy consists of five elements:
- Market: where will we operate?
- Resources: how do we achieve our goals?
- Differentiating factors: how will we be successful in the market?
- Phasing: what is our pace and sequence of actions?
- Economic logic: how do we achieve our returns?
The challenge is to make these choices coherently.
